The LE-6804A has 4 video, as well as 4 audio inputs and comes complete with software. Unlike other DVR cards on the market today this DVR card is Windows Vista compatible. DVR cards are one of the best and most efficient ways to set up a home or business security system. When you receive your DVR card, simply follow the step-by-step instructions that are included to install the card in to your PC. You will need to first install the CD in to your system, then install the DVR card, and finally, install the drivers. One of the coolest features of this DVR card is that it has motion detect recording. That means that it records only action and not hours of empty footage. Using this feature saves precious memory space and increases your recording length from a few weeks to over a month, depending on the size of your hard drive. It has enhanced mpeg-4 compression technology and can be stacked so you can use up to 32 channels.
