The PV-500 also includes a Velcro holster that fits securely onto your belt, law enforcement or military utility belt. Its unique holster design allows the officer to utilize the 1-touch record button. The Unit has a menu button, audio/video outputs that you can view on a TV or monitor and also has a USB port so that you can plug it in directly to your computer, and it will act as a hard drive so that you can view or transfer files back and forth. It also includes an SD card slot and comes with an AC adaptor to recharge your battery. The maximum capacity is 16 GB SDHC card , which will allow you to record over 16 hours.. The recording resolution is 720 x 480. The unit also includes a reset button in the event that the unit freezes up, due to a faulty SD card or programming, so that you can reset the unit to restart. You also have the IR port to receive inputs from the provided remote control. The included rechargeable battery will last for approximately 2 to 3.5 hours, when fully charged, depending on how you use the unit.
