This DVR is incredibly easy to set up. All you need to do is unscrew 7 screws from the top cover of the DVR. Once that is done take off the top and screw on the hard drive. Plug the hard drive in to the IDE ribbon from the DVR, replace the cover, and you are done. Once done, plug the unit in and turn on the power. Allow a few minutes for it to initialize and it’s ready to use. It’s that simple.

The hard drive for the DVR is sold separately, but can be purchased through us. We offer either a 250 GB hard drive that will record continuously for approximately 4 days or a 500 GB hard drive that will record continuously for approximately 9 days. It is also password protected so no one can go in and change your settings while you are not there.

With advanced settings for motion detection, scheduled motion detection recording (there are 4 different adjustable factors for the motion detection sensitivity) and a convenient search function, customized security environment can be achieved. It also has alarm triggered recording which will send alerts with images to the designated e-mails and FTP address. It has easy connection to any TV with video and audio inputs or to any monitor with a VGA cable (VGA cable not included).
