Why are products so

our 45 day warranty and our technical support.
Our 45 day replacement warranty includes 45 days of limited
technical support (excludes remote viewing on standalone DVRs).If you wish to get extended warranty and/or extended technical support,
there are extended year warranties available for purchase.
Why is
it impossible for remote view technical support?
Remote viewing involves your router and internet
service. The DVR itself is remote view capable. If you DVR is working, then
you can set up remote view. Because your router and internet service was not
purchased through us, we cannot help with remote viewing. We do suggest you
contact a computer networking expert or installer to help you with remote view,
as they are the correct person to contact for remote viewing support.
