These items are non-refundable. There are no refunds
or exchanges on these items. car alarms AND ACCESSORIES have a 12 month
warranty as long as it is installed by a LEGITIMATE alarm shop by a
certified technician. A $24.99 FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL WARRANTIES.
Alarms AND ACCESSORIES must be installed within 30 days of receipt for
the product to be under warranty. installation of an alarm OR Accessory
more than 30 days after receipt voids the warranty.
Friends, electricians, mechanics, installers working
out of their cars, NASA Engineers, DENTISTS, BRAIN SURGEONS, ETC. are
not considered certified technicians. Self-installation or installation
by anyone other than a certified technician at an legitimate alarm shop
voids all warranties. Self installation will almost always result in
problems/damage. Its better to spend a few dollars more to have it done
right the first time. no tech support is provided for
self-installations. If you plan to install this alarm yourself, a
SELF-Installation WARRANTY may be purchased for $44.99 at the time the
order is placed.
Products may ONLY be returned for repair or
replacement within 12 Months. Asianwolf.com will repair or replace at
our discretion. We do not install any of our products. Installation is
a paid service not included in our product pricing.
The Warranty
does not cover car alarms, car audio and car electronic items damaged by
alterations or installation. It does not cover products mishandled,
misused, neglected, abused, water damaged or with removed/altered serial
numbers. PROOF OF PURCHASE WILL BE REQUIRED FOR WARRANTY SERVICE OF Our
PRODUCTS as well as THE ORIGINAL
INSTALLATION RECEIPT from the installing professional alarm shop.
This warranty does not cover the expense of removal or
reinstallation of the main unit or any damage to the vehicle including
the vehicle's electrical system. asianwolf.COM warranties the alarm
product only and THE warranty IS limited to the repair or replacement of
the product.

Stereos, Car TV's, must be installed by an Alarm/Stereo shop and must
include an installation invoice with name and phone number of the
Alarm/Stereo shop.

to cancellation. Due to the nature of our product line, Some items may
be used once and no longer needed. For example, A customer might
purchase a spy camera to use only one time to spy on someone. Once he

and will try to return it for a refund. This is the same as when a
person buys a dress to wear for a special event such as a wedding ,

technicians, based on the inspection of the returned product, WILL
DETERMINE whether your warranty CLAIM is valid.
Asianwolf offerS an extended one year warranty ON DVR
SYSTEMS for an additional charge of $299.99. you will need to purchase
this additional warranty at the time of ordering or within seven days of
receiving the product. you can add this feature by calling 323-962-1061.
Shipping Charges to and from Asianwolf.com are not refundable. Any
return must be authorized.

If you are sending payment by a check, it may take longer to receive
your item because we have to wait for your check to clear with the bank
before we ship anything out.
*Please make sure when sending payment, DO NOT send it certified or we
won't get it! There is always problems with USPS leaving the cards to
pick up items at the post office. If you send your payment certified,
and if no one is here to sign for it, it may take up to 3 weeks to
receive your order. It's a hassle for us to go to the Post Office and
stand in line to pick up a letter.

In the past we have had many attempts by customers to switch a burned
out alarm, product or remote with ours and then return it claiming it
was defective.

most in stock items by UPS ground, although you can get faster shipping
upon request. We'll send you a tracking number as soon as your item is
shipped.
Most customers receive their items within 4-5 business days after
placing their order.
If it becomes necessary to send the product or any
defective part to ASIANWOLF.COM, the product must be shipped in its
original carton or equivalent carton, fully insured, with shipping
charges prepaid via UPS. ASIANWOLF.COM will not assume any
responsibility for any loss or damage Incurred in shipping.
Shipping charges
are non-refundable. SHIPPING AND HANDLING IS
NON-REFUNDABLE IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES.
Customer pays shipping BOTH WAYS when shipping to AND

our products at near wholesale prices to you the Public. Because we pass
our savings to you and have a very small profit margin, we do not
provide tech support. Tech support is provided only to legitimate alarm
shops with a retail location and installation bay. We do however,
provide limited tech support via email. The are some accessories or
products such as window modules, doorlocks, bypass modules, etc. that we
are unable to provide techsupport. Tech support is impossible for such
items as it requires us to be physically present to visually inspect
your wiring. For this reason, please have your system installed by a
professional alarm shop. |

Can
I have my item shipped to another address other than my own?

the high risk of credit card fraud, we only ship to the billing address
of that credit card. That means that whereever the bills to your credit
card goes to, that's where we can ship to. Or if you call us by phone,
we can arrange to have your package shipped to the nearest UPS center
anywhere in the USA then when the package arrives, UPS will call you to
come pick it up. Then all you have to do is show two forms of ID at the
security counter, and UPS will release your package to you.
