Returning Shipments FOR WARRANTY:

Battery covers ARE COUNTED AND CHECKED FOR A PERFECT FIT PRIOR TO SHIPMENT. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A MISSING BATTERY COVER. BATTERY COVERS MUST BE PLACED CAREFULLY BY ALIGNING THE GROVES TO ENSURE A PERFECT FIT. DAMAGE TO BATTERY COVERS ARE CAUSED BY IMPROPER ALIGNMENT OF THE GROOVES. IF A BATTERY COVER DOES NOT FIT PROPERLY, WE WILL FIT IT FOR YOU AT YOUR COST.

Please verify quantity/condition OF YOUR ITEM and report any problems WITH IT, SUCH AS PHYSICAL DAMAGE OR AN INCORRECT ITEM, within 24 hours of delivery. IT IS THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THE ITEM IMMEDIATELY AND REPORT A PROBLEM TO US. IF YOU ARE MISSING AN ITEM, WE WILL REVIEW OUR VIDEO FOOTAGE OF YOUR ITEM BEING PACKAGED TO DETERMINE IF ANY ITEMS WERE MISSING DURING THE PACKING STAGE. nO CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED MORE THAN 24 HOURS AFTER YOU RECEIVE THE ITEM.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. SHIPPING AND HANDLING IS NON-REFUNDABLE IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES.

Customer pays shipping BOTH WAYS when shipping to AND FROM WOLFCOM ENTERPRISES (HEREAFTER Asianwolf.com) for RMAs and repairs, INCLUDING REPAIRS for defective items. REPLACEMENT products WILL ONLY BE SHIPPED AFTER THE RETURN PRODUCT IS RECEIVED FROM the customer OR AFTER an INSURANCE, with ups, usps, etc., CLAIM IS filed and completed. Returns for replacement must be 100% complete with original packaging, manuals, registration card, software, cables, wiring and accessories.

We ship VIA UPS or usps at our discretion. FOR THE MAJORITY OF ALL OF OUR PACKAGES, we ship ups ground. WE usually SEND VIA USPS IF the shipping address is a P.O. Box or apo/afo. If you would like a faster shipping method, you will have to pay for the difference between the shipping methods. We are not responsible for lost, DAMAGED or stolen packages.

once your order is shipped and has left our facility, it is up to the carrier to deliver your package to you on time. this applies to all shipping options and carriers. if you are having an issue with a shipment, it must be taken up with the carrier of your package.

These items are non-refundable. There are no refunds or exchanges on these items. car alarms AND ACCESSORIES have a 12 month warranty as long as it is installed by a LEGITIMATE alarm shop by a certified technician. A $24.99 FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL WARRANTIES. Alarms AND ACCESSORIES must be installed within 30 days of receipt for the product to be under warranty. installation of an alarm OR Accessory more than 30 days after receipt voids the warranty.

Friends, electricians, mechanics, installers working out of their cars, NASA Engineers, DENTISTS, BRAIN SURGEONS, ETC. are not considered certified technicians. Self-installation or installation by anyone other than a certified technician at an legitimate alarm shop voids all warranties. Self installation will almost always result in problems/damage. Its better to spend a few dollars more to have it done right the first time. no tech support is provided for self-installations. If you plan to install this alarm yourself, a SELF-Installation WARRANTY may be purchased for $44.99 at the time the order is placed.

Products may ONLY be returned for repair or replacement within 12 Months. Asianwolf.com will repair or replace at our discretion.  We do not install any of our products. Installation is a paid service not included in our product pricing.

 

The Warranty does not cover car alarms, car audio and car electronic items damaged by alterations or installation. It does not cover products mishandled, misused, neglected, abused, water damaged or with removed/altered serial numbers. PROOF OF PURCHASE WILL BE REQUIRED FOR WARRANTY SERVICE OF Our PRODUCTS as well as THE ORIGINAL INSTALLATION RECEIPT from the installing professional alarm shop.

This warranty does not cover the expense of removal or reinstallation of the main unit or any damage to the vehicle including the vehicle's electrical system. asianwolf.COM warranties the alarm product only and THE warranty IS limited to the repair or replacement of the product.

our car alarms are compatible with every vehicle on the road today. Car alarms, alarm accessories, Mobile electronics, Stereos, Car TV's, must be installed by an Alarm/Stereo shop and must include an installation invoice with name and phone number of the Alarm/Stereo shop.

RANGE IS BASED ON PROPER PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION, PLACEMENT OF THE ANTENNA, AND POINT-TO-POINT LINE OF SIGHT TRANSMISSION FROM UNIT TO RECEIVER.

ELEMENTS SUCH AS BUILDINGS, WEATHER, POWER LINES, TERRAIN, HILLS, MOUNTAINS AND SO ON WILL ALWAYS HAVE AN EFFECT ON OPERATING RANGE. ASIANWOLF.COM DOES NOT GUARANTEE RANGE AS THERE ARE MANY FACTORS THAT AFFECT WORKING RANGE. SINCE THIS SYSTEM WORKS ON AN FM/FSK FREQUENCY, ITS RANGE WILL STILL BE MUCH MORE THAN TODAY'S STANDARD ALARM SYSTEMS.

ADDITIONAL WARRANTIES

WE OFFER AN OPTIONAL LIFETIME WARRANTY ON OUR ALARMS WHICH CAN BE PURCHASED ONLY AT THE TIME OF THE ORIGINAL SALE FOR ADDITIONAL $20. THIS WARRANTY COVERS THE ENTIRE ALARM SYSTEM EXCEPT THE REMOTE CONTROLS. . THE LIFETIME WARRANTY COVERS THE BRAIN OF THE ALARM, WIRING HARNESSES, THE ANTENNA, AND THE SIREN ONLY. THIS WARRANTY IS FOR DEFECTIVE ITEMS ONLY. PHYSICAL DAMAGE, TAMPERING, ABUSE, ETC. VOIDS THE WARRANTY. ADDITIONAL ALARM ACCESSORIES (RADAR PROXIMITY MOTION SENSORS, TILT SENSORS, DOOR LOCK RELAY MODULES, WINDOW MODULES, ETC.) ARE NOT COVERED BY THE LIFETIME WARRANTY.

Asianwolf offerS an extended one year warranty ON DVR SYSTEMS for an additional charge of $299.99. you will need to purchase this additional warranty at the time of ordering or within seven days of receiving the product. you can add this feature by calling 323-962-1061. Shipping Charges to and from Asianwolf.com are not refundable. Any return must be authorized.

***CAMERA MICROPHONES ARE DELICATE AND MUST BE HANDLED WITH CARE. EACH CAMERA IS CHECKED BEFORE SHIPMENT TO INSURE THAT THE MICROPHONE IS INTACT AND FUNCTIONING. 5) THE RMA number must be written clearly IN BIG, BLACK, BOLD LETTERING ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE box. PACKAGES RETURNED WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

6) SEND YOUR RMA BY MEANS OF THE UNITED PARCEL SERVICE (UPS) ONLY.

7) YOU MUST PROVIDE US WITH A TRACKING NUMBER VIA EMAIL after shipment.

WHEN USED INDOORS, MULTIPLE WALLS, THICKNESS OF WALLS OR TYPES OF WALLS WILL BE A FACTOR IN TRANSMISSION RANGE. BECAUSE THE WORLD WE LIVE IN TODAY IS POLLUTED WITH A LARGE ARRAY OF FREQUENCIES, OR INTERFERENCE, ASIANWOLF.COM DOES NOT GUARANTEE OPERATING RANGE AS RESULTS MAY VARY FROM PLACE TO PLACE. POOR RANGE DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, NOR IS IT GROUNDS FOR A RETURN; HOWEVER, WE DO STAND BEHIND OUR PRODUCT AND ARE WILLING TO EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT FOR A WORKING ONE IF A DEFECTION OF THE PRODUCT IS SUSPECTED.

IMAGE / CAMERA QUALITY

BECAUSE EVERYONE HAS THEIR OWN PERCEPTION OF IMAGE QUALITY (FOR EXAMPLE, ONE CUSTOMER COULD FIND A VIDEO IMAGE TO BE POOR WHILE ANOTHER CUSTOMER MAY FIND IT TO BE EXCEPTIONAL) , DISSATISFACTION BY THE QUALITY OF THE VIDEO IMAGE FROM OUR CAMERAS IS NOT GROUNDS FOR A REFUND. BEFORE COMMITTING TO A PURCHASE, PLEASE EDUCATE YOURSELF OF THE SPECIFICATIONS OF OUR CAMERAS. CAMERAS AT 380 LINES WILL BE CONSIDERED GOOD ENOUGH TO SEE A VIDEO IMAGE IN LIGHTED CONDITIONS, WHEREAS PICTURE QUALITY OF CAMERAS AT 420 LINES AND UP ARE THE STANDARD-USED IN MOST IN THE CCTV INDUSTRY.

For faster processing of lost or stolen shipments, the customer has the option to do a cross-shipment on the lost, stolen, or damaged order. If your item was damaged due to shipping please contact UPS at 1-800-pick-ups.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

Orders placed cannot be cancelled once it has been Shipped. cancellation of any order that has not yet been shipped is subjected to a 15% cancellation fee.
