Our Three year limited
replacement warranty cover the buyer for any product malfunctions and detects in
material or workmanship that affects the performance of the product.
The Three year warranty also includes Three
years of free technical support. (Excludes remote viewing)
The Warranty time runs from the
date of purchase of the product. No
warranties will be in effect beyond the warranty term.
This
warranty does not cover product damages caused directly or indirectly by
improper installation, lightening strikes, power surges, vandalism, product
modifications, and abuse or misuse, including failure to provide reasonable and
necessary maintenance. We are not
responsible for any lost time, profits or business, personal injury, property
damage or similar loss.
When there is a defective
product and the item need to be returned, a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number must be issued by the technical support team. No exceptions!
Shipping and handling cost to return products with RMA is customer’s
responsibility. When the product
under warranty is shipped back to the customer, our company will be responsible
for shipping and handling cost.
Why is it impossible for remote view technical
support?
Remote viewing involves your
router and internet service. The DVR
itself is remote view capable. If
you DVR is working, then you can set up remote view.
Because your router and internet service was not purchased through us, we
cannot help with remote viewing. We
do suggest you contact a computer networking expert or installer to help you
with remote view, as they are the correct person to contact for remote viewing
support.
